Our mission is to provide quality care and services in a home-like setting that nurtures the spirit, protects privacy, celebrates choice, preserves dignity, and encourages the involvement family and friends.  (Note: some portions of this site will continue to be "in progress"). Due to the fact that we “relocated” Ivy Place (due to site obsolescence with a challenging floor plan), and owner is a poor photographer; the bulk of the pictures are of the former site. These (temporarily) serve as an example of “our look.” We strive for a home-like atmosphere with a decided lack of clinical/facility aspects.

ABOUT US Ivy Place is small non-skilled home, located in Southern Genesee County, providing homey, rural, and cost effective residential Assisted Living,"Room-and-Board," and respite care solutions.  Ivy place strives to be inventive, providing options and solutions to individual situations;” ranging from short-term caregiver breaks to 24/7 residential need.  This site is committed to providing a “home-like” environment, with an exceptional concept.   Ivy Place was created to meet the needs of the rapidly growing senior population. It is  a business focusing on a family oriented philosophy for its residents/clients. Because we are locally owned and operated, our values are determined by the client (and their families’) needs, not corporate guidelines. Ivy Place can give you both the service you may need, and the “peace of mind” you desire, by providing a quality living solution at a reasonable cost. Ivy Place is for those who want/need an alternative living situation, but do not require the licensing/care of a skilled nursing facility.
